Project
This is an "E-HUB" development center for the Dräxlmajer group located in Sousse's "Novation City" technology cluster.
The main building is ground floor + 5, and the adjoining building will include a two-level basement parking lot (extendable as offices on ground floor + 5).
Approximate covered area: 26 000 m².
